Competition Terms & Conditions

These Competition Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern entry into the promotional competition operated by Drivers' Draw, a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd ("Promoter", "we", "our" or "us").
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Promoter
The competition is operated by Drivers' Draw, a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd (company number 14760023), Office 116 Regents Pavilion, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6BJ.

2. Eligibility
- 2.1 Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
- 2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agencies or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition may not enter.
- 2.3 We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age or eligibility before awarding any prize.
3. Competition Period
- 3.1 A prize draw is held for every calendar month. Each draw closes at 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of the month. The closing date of the current draw is shown on the entry page.
- 3.2 Entries received after a draw has closed are entered into the next month's draw.
- 3.3 The closing date of a draw is not changed once it has been published, unless circumstances outside our control make it unavoidable.
- 3.4 Where the competition is withdrawn, entries received before the withdrawal date will remain eligible for any draw already scheduled.
4. How to Enter
- 4.1 Entry is made by completing and submitting the online entry form available on this website.
- 4.2 Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.
- 4.3 Only one entry per person is permitted for each monthly draw.
- 4.4 Entries must be completed in full and contain accurate information.
- 4.5 Incomplete, fraudulent or duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize Draw
- 5.1 The prize for each monthly draw is one £500 Amazon voucher.
- 5.2 One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries received for that month, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
- 5.3 The draw takes place within 7 days after the closing date.
- 5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Winner Notification
- 6.1 The winner will be contacted using the telephone number and the email address provided during entry.
- 6.2 If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- 6.3 The prize is sent within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
- 6.4 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prize Conditions
- 7.1 Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
- 7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed or damaged after dispatch where applicable.
8. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
- verify the eligibility of any entrant;
- refuse any entry believed to be fraudulent;
- disqualify any entrant attempting to manipulate or interfere with the competition.
9. Winners' Names
The surname and county of each winner is available on request for three months after the draw, by emailing info@solvosolutions.co.uk. If you win and do not want your surname and county given out, tell us when we contact you.
10. The Optional Car Finance Check
- 10.1 After you enter your details, we ask whether you would like Blue Claims, a trading style of Solvo Solutions Ltd, to contact you about a possible car finance claim.
- 10.2 This is optional. Your entry into the draw does not depend on it, and choosing "No Thanks" does not affect your entry or your chance of winning.
- 10.3 The prize is not connected to making a claim. You do not need to make a claim, or agree to be contacted, to enter or to win.
11. Liability
- 11.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
- 11.2 Subject to the above, the Promoter shall not be liable for: technical failures; website interruptions; delayed or failed entries; loss of data; any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation.
12. Data Protection
- 12.1 Personal information supplied during entry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- 12.2 Personal information will be used to administer the competition, verify winners and deliver prizes.
- 12.3 Where you have separately agreed to be contacted about a possible car finance claim, your information will also be used for that purpose as set out in the Privacy Policy.
13. Cancellation or Amendment
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms or cancel, suspend or modify the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
14. Fraudulent Activity
The Promoter may refuse entry or remove participants where it reasonably believes:
- false information has been supplied;
- automated entries have been submitted;
- multiple accounts have been created;
- the competition has been manipulated.
15. Facebook, Instagram and Amazon
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Meta from any responsibility in connection with this competition. Amazon is not a sponsor of this competition.
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
17. Acceptance
By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
