Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
1. Introduction
Drivers' Draw and Blue Claims are trading styles of SOLVO SOLUTIONS LTD (Company No. 14760023). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We are the data controller for the personal information you provide through this website. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and your rights.
2. Data Controller
SOLVO SOLUTIONS LTD (trading as Drivers' Draw and as Blue Claims)

- ICO registration: ZB675050
- Office 116 Regents Pavilion, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6BJ

3. What Personal Data We Collect
When you enter the prize draw, we collect:
- Identity data: First name and last name
- Contact data: Email address and telephone number
- Eligibility data: Your confirmation that you are 18 or over and live in the UK
- Your answer to the optional car finance question: whether you ticked the box and chose "Yes", or chose "No Thanks"
- Consent records: The date and time of your answer, the wording you were shown and its version, the address of the page, your IP address and your browser and device type
- Advertising data: If you accept cookies, the Meta pixel records your visit, your entry and your answer to the car finance question (section 11)
- Correspondence: Any information you provide when contacting us
4. The Prize Draw and the Car Finance Question Are Separate
Entering the prize draw and agreeing to be contacted about car finance are two separate choices. The car finance question is optional. If you choose "No Thanks" you are still entered into the draw, your chance of winning is the same, and we will not contact you about car finance.
5. Lawful Basis for Processing
- Running the prize draw (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR, contract): We use your details to run the draw you entered under the competition terms, to contact the winner and to send the prize.
- Contacting you about car finance (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR, consent): Only if you ticked the box and chose "Yes". This is the lawful basis we rely on for any contact by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email about a possible claim. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at support@solvosolutions.co.uk or by replying STOP to any message.
- Advertising cookies (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR, consent, and regulation 6 PECR): Set only if you accept them. You can change your mind at any time under Cookie settings.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR): For limited internal purposes only: preventing fraud, maintaining the security of our service, and keeping a record of who has asked not to be contacted.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) UK GDPR): To comply with our regulatory obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority for claims management referral activity, and with the advertising rules for prize draws.
6. How We Use Your Data
For everyone who enters:
- Enter you into the monthly prize draw and check that entries are eligible
- Contact the winner, send the prize and keep a record that the prize was awarded
Only if you agreed to be contacted about car finance:
- Contact you as Blue Claims by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email to discuss your enquiry and assess whether you may be eligible to make a claim relating to a motor finance agreement
- Send you a link to the Blue Claims sign-up page, where you can choose whether to instruct solicitors
- Show you reminder adverts on Facebook and Instagram for up to 14 days if you have not finished the sign-up
7. Who We Share Your Data With
If you agreed to be contacted and you then choose to sign up on the Blue Claims sign-up page, your details are passed to Harcus Parker Limited, trading as Parker Kerrigan (SRA No. 653501), the firm of solicitors that handles your claim. Parker Kerrigan is a separate data controller. Its use of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, which you are shown before you sign.
At the sign-up stage, and only with your agreement on that page, a soft credit search is carried out to find your finance agreements. It does not affect your credit score. The providers who carry it out are named on the sign-up page before you agree.
We also share data with:
- Hosting, lead management, telephone and messaging providers: Who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram): If you accept cookies, the pixel tells Meta that your device visited this page, entered the draw and how you answered the car finance question, so that Meta can show you our adverts, measure them, and stop showing car finance adverts to people who chose "No Thanks" or have signed up. If you chose "Yes" and have not finished the sign-up, we may also send Meta your email address and phone number in hashed form for reminder adverts, and for nothing else. Meta's privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Regulators: The FCA, the ICO or the Advertising Standards Authority where required by law
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
If you chose "No Thanks", your details are not shared with Parker Kerrigan or used for any contact about car finance. If you accepted cookies, all Meta is told is not to show you our car finance adverts.
8. How You Will Be Contacted
The winner of each draw is contacted by telephone and email.
If you agreed to be contacted about car finance, Blue Claims may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp, SMS or email. Calls are recorded. Every message tells you how to stop further messages. You are under no obligation to proceed with a claim.
9. Data Retention
- If you entered the draw only: We delete your entry 12 months after the draw it was entered into.
- If you win: We keep a record of the winner and the prize for 6 years.
- If you agreed to be contacted and are referred to the law firm: We retain a record of the referral for 6 years to comply with FCA and general limitation-period requirements.
- If you agreed to be contacted but are not eligible or choose not to proceed: We delete your personal data within 12 months, unless you ask us to retain it or we are required to keep it by law.
- If you ask us to stop contacting you: We keep your telephone number and email address on a do-not-contact list so that we can honour your request.
- Advertising: Reminder adverts stop 14 days after entry. Meta audience data is kept for no more than 30 days.
- Consent records: 6 years if you are referred to the law firm, otherwise 12 months.
10. Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the following rights over your personal data:

11. Cookies
We use one advertising tool, the Meta pixel. It is off until you choose "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Reject", nothing is sent to Meta and the page works the same. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings in the footer. We set no other cookies and use no other trackers.
12. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
